Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Developing project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

Liaising with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.

Budget and Cost Management:

Monitoring project costs, managing procurement, and ensuring the project stays within budget.

Quality Control:

Overseeing on-site progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Team Leadership:

Leading and motivating project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution.

Communication and Reporting:

Maintaining clear and effective communication among all stakeholders and providing regular progress reports.

Compliance:

Ensuring all fit-out activities comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Handover:

Overseeing the final handover of the completed fit-out to the client, ensuring satisfaction with the final product.

Technical Reviews:

Providing technical reviews of civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) aspects of the project.

Document Control:

Ensuring proper documentation of all project-related information, including drawings, contracts, and invoices.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong project management skills with experience in managing fit-out projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in the UAE market and knowledge of local regulations is often preferred. PMP or other project management certifications are often a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
