Role Overview

We're looking for a

hands-on Construction Project Manager

to lead the delivery of

data center and other technical facility projects

. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of

civil and MEP experience

, a

solution-driven mindset

, and the energy to build robust systems and teams as we scale. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end construction delivery: planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site execution. Coordinate with MEP, Civil, ELV, and structural teams to ensure integration and timely execution. Supervise subcontractors, enforce HSE compliance, and ensure quality control on site. Participate in design reviews, drawing validation, and value engineering sessions. Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain complete documentation. Oversee commissioning of power, cooling, safety, and integrated systems. Ensure snag-free, fully documented handover with O&M manuals and client training. Support the company's goal of process

automation and data-driven delivery

across projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

(or related discipline).

5-10 years of experience

in construction project management, with

proven delivery in the UAE

on

technical or high-end projects

such as data centers, telecom facilities, hospitals, or mission-critical infrastructure. Strong working knowledge of

MEP systems

, technical drawings, and BOQ-based delivery. Familiarity with UAE authorities' procedures (DEWA, Civil Defense, ADM, etc.). Proficient in

MS Project

,

AutoCAD

, and project reporting tools; Primavera is a plus. Energetic, pragmatic, and ready to contribute to a

growing technical team

building new capabilities.
