Role Summary/Purpose: The role of this position is managing projects and supervising project engineers and ensuring correct, punctual, and quality execution of all aspects of projects' MEP works for pools and fountains from conception to completion.

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum 10+ years' experience in a pool and fountain specialist company/department as a Project Manager, managing the MEP execution of swimming pools and fountains for construction projects. Must have managed the MEP execution of at least 50 pool/fountain construction projects that involved a consultant. Must have managed the MEP execution of at least 15 pool/fountain projects that involved international (non-local) consultants Must have recent experience in the UAE Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electromechanical (preferable). Other engineering degrees may also be acceptable only if they have extensively handled pool & fountain MEP. UAE driver's license with own car o High fluency in English, written and spoken
Essential Responsibilities

Develop project execution plans specific to swimming pool MEP Works Coordinating and attending meetings with clients, consultants and contractors on project construction details Supervising on-site project construction and managing site engineers' progress and ensuring correct construction Review project drawings, specifications, and standards related to filtration, water treatment, lighting, and plumbing Supervising testing, commissioning, and handing-over Supervising the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and managing all project activities Troubleshooting any construction issues
