Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of water treatment projects from inception to completion. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are met. Conduct site assessments to evaluate the feasibility and potential risks of water treatment installations. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices throughout the project. Prepare and present project reports to senior management, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring transparent communication of progress. Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and quality. Lead project meetings, manage team performance, and motivate the team to achieve project goals efficiently.

Job Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in managing water treatment projects, with knowledge of water treatment technologies and processes. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges. Knowledge of local environmental regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures related to water treatment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
