Job Description

We, at Emarat Aloula is seeking a highly experienced

Project Manager

with a proven track record in delivering large-scale

water treatment, sewerage, and water transmission projects

in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience managing EPC contracts, pumping stations, STPs, RO plants, and utility infrastructure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with TRANSCO and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle including

planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout

of water and infrastructure projects. Manage projects contractually, financially, technically, and with a strong focus on

quality, safety, and risk management

. Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cash flow forecasts. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Oversee construction and commissioning of

water treatment plants, sewage networks, pumping stations, pipelines, and RO facilities

. Ensure compliance with

UAE regulatory standards, TRANSCO guidelines, and international codes

. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery. Supervise large project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors (200+ staff). Prepare and present periodic reports for management and client reviews. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resources, cost efficiency, and safety.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

(or related discipline).

PMP Certification

(mandatory). Minimum

15-20 years of experience

, including

extensive UAE/GCC project management experience

in water, utilities, and infrastructure. Strong expertise in

EPC contracting, project cost control, claims management, and change orders

. Proven track record delivering

high-value, multi-disciplinary projects

(water, MEP, civil, and utility works). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of

OSHAD, ISO standards, and UAE authority requirements
