Job Title: Project Manager - Civil Construction

Experience:
Minimum 5 to 10 years of UAE experience in residential, commercial, or civil construction projects.
Familiarity with construction contracts, project planning, and execution.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Requirements:
Strong project management and leadership skills
Knowledge of civil construction techniques, materials, and processes
Familiarity with construction contracts and legal compliance
Budgeting and cost control expertise
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
