Job Description

The Project Manager - Landscaping is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of landscaping projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing resources, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and supervising both softscape (plants, turf, soil) and hardscape (paving, structures, irrigation) works.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage landscape projects from initiation to completion.
Review landscape drawings, specifications, and BOQs and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
Coordinate with landscape architects, engineers, and clients to define project scope and deliverables.
Supervise site execution of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems.
Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
Lead site teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or related field.
5+ years of experience in landscape project management.
Proven experience in both softscape and hardscape execution.
Strong understanding of irrigation systems, planting techniques, and landscape construction.
Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
