Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves managing resources, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to project objectives and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, construction, etc.)
- Monitor project progress and performance using tools like Gantt charts, dashboards, and reports
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and delays; implement corrective actions when required
- Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Manage project changes and ensure documentation is updated accordingly
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in [industry]
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or others)
