Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple interior projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Manage project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure client satisfaction and handle post-project follow-up.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field.
Proven experience in project management within interior fit-outs or related sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
