What you'll do You will report to the Sr Mgr Project Mgmt to support the business growth in the French speaking region. You will provide overall leadership to entire project team, including overseeing other functional team leaders. You will be responsible for maintaining positive and ongoing relationships with clients. You will provide support to the Sales Team. You will be required to travel up to 25% for domestic and/or international. You will be accountable for professional working behavior to include building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSG's core competencies and values.

Proficient in English in a business environment Minimum 7 years of experience as a business/software consultant and a project manager in the telecommunications or other relevant industry. Expert level understanding and anticipation of the client's needs and an in-depth understanding of client facing software delivery life cycle (SDLC) management at project / programme level In-depth understanding of customer needs and general impact of changes in business environment and industry trends. In-depth understanding of client's industry (wireline, wireless, data services, cable systems, pre/post-paid business models etc.) Project Management and business management accreditation and skills required.
