Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven

Project Manager

with at least 8-10 years of hands-on experience in managing Utility telecom infrastructure projects which involved SDH, PDH, DWDM Technologies and Other Latest MPLS Technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex projects on tight schedules, managing large teams, and ensuring high-quality execution across all phases of the project

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire telecom infrastructure projects including: Migration, Installations Battery charger systems Enclosure installation Telecom system setup Fiber cable laying and termination Supervise and coordinate a team of

Clients, Consultants, Engineers, technicians, and subcontractors

to meet project goals. Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring

on-time delivery

under tight schedules. Monitor and control

project cash flow

, budgets, and resource allocation. Implement and enforce

safety protocols

and quality standards on all sites. Ensure all project documentation is completed and maintained accurately. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with internal teams and clients. Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to resolve project issues proactively. Manage

daily manpower deployment

, productivity tracking, and subcontractor coordination. Report project status, risks, and corrective actions to senior management regularly. Handle procurement, logistics, and timely delivery of materials and equipment. Ensure compliance with all UAE regulations, including approvals and permits.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Telecom or Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum

5 years of project management experience

in Utility telecom infrastructure. Strong experience in SDH, PDH, Battery chargers, Telecom systems, and fiber optic cable works. Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams across multiple sites. Must possess a valid

UAE Driving License

and willingness to travel between sites. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to

multi-task under pressure

and handle multiple project timelines simultaneously. Experience in

cashflow and cost control

, with a focus on profitability. Knowledge of UAE project and labor compliance laws is essential. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus. Hands-on attitude with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
