Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex consulting engagements. You will manage day-to-day client interactions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure timely delivery of project milestones, and maintain high standards in output quality. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and interpersonal leadership.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end delivery of strategy and advisory projects
• Develop and manage detailed project work plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams, building trusted relationships
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and project governance meetings
• Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables, aligning with client expectations and firm standards
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage change requests, and resolve issues proactively
• Track and report project progress, budgets, and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders
• Support proposal development, resource planning, and internal capability building initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• 6-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2-3 years in project management within consulting or professional services
• PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certification is an advantage
• Demonstrated experience managing government or public sector transformation projects is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of project financials, delivery frameworks, and quality control processes
• Familiarity with GCC/UAE institutional and regulatory landscape is a strong plus
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
