Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Project Manager
to oversee and deliver steel fabrication and erection projects. The role involves complete ownership of multiple projects -- from engineering and detailing through fabrication, logistics, and erection -- ensuring they are deliveredon time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
. The Project Manager will lead a team of Project Engineers and coordinate closely with workshop, QA/QC, and site teams while being the primary client-facing representative.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
multiple steel fabrication & erection projects
simultaneously. Supervise and guideProject Engineers
, assigning them to specific projects/sites. Reviewcontracts, IFC drawings, technical specifications, and project scope
. Develop and controlproject schedules, manpower histograms, and resource allocations
. Coordinate betweenTekla detailers, Technical Coordinator, Production Engineer, QA/QC, Procurement, and Site teams
. Conduct regularprogress meetings
with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Monitorfabrication progress, site erection activities, and delivery schedules
. Controlproject budgets, variations, invoicing, and cost tracking
with QS/Commercial team. Ensure compliance withquality standards, welding codes, and HSE policies
. Prepare and submitweekly/monthly project progress reports
to senior management. Resolve technical and execution issues proactively, ensuring client satisfaction. Mentor and develop Project Engineers, building a strong project delivery team.Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering. Minimum 5 years' experience managing
steel fabrication & erection projects
in the Middle East. Proven track record of deliveringmedium to large-scale structural steel projects
. Strong knowledge offabrication workflows, erection methodologies, QA/QC, and HSE
. Excellent leadership, client-handling, and communication skills. Ability to managemultiple projects under tight deadlines
.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Experience:
* PM in Steel Fabrication : 3 years (Required)
