Lead overall planning, execution, and delivery of structural steel projects.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate between design, procurement, fabrication, and erection teams.
Review and approve shop drawings, GA drawings, and connection details.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and QA/QC procedures.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve project issues.
Monitor progress and prepare detailed project status reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.
8-10 years of experience in project management within the steel structural industry.
Strong knowledge of fabrication, erection, and detailing processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
