Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of strategic initiatives while collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to drive measurable impact.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic and high-impact projects across various government and public sector domains.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource forecasts, and implementation strategies aligned with leadership priorities and organizational mandates.
- Ensure project governance, risk management, and change control mechanisms are effectively applied throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and alignment at all stages.
- Provide project reporting and performance updates to leadership, highlighting progress, key risks, and dependencies.
- Support the development of project frameworks, methodologies, and tools that enhance delivery capability across the Ideas Foundry team.
- An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university. A master's degree is preferred.
- 6 - 10 years of experience in project management, including strategic or transformation initiatives.
- Must come with experience from a global consulting firm or experience managing large scale projects within the public sector/large scale organisations.
- Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fluid environment and manage multiple workstreams.
- Clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivery within high-stakes environments.
