Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of interior fit-out and contracting projects, ensuring completion within time, cost, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and close interior projects as per contract scope
Prepare project schedules, work programs, and manpower planning
Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, engineers, and vendors
Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
Control project budgets, approve bills, and manage variations
Ensure timely procurement of materials and subcontractor management
Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports
Manage risk, resolve site issues, and handle client escalations
Ensure smooth project handover and documentation closure
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior / Architecture
5-10 years of experience in interior fit-out & contracting
Strong knowledge of site execution, planning, and cost control
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office
