Qualifications:
Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of fitout processes, materials, and construction techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
Knowledge of local building regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control procedures
Must be locally available in UAE
