Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Project Manager with 7+ years of experience

with a strong background in

retail construction, mall development, and fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of retail and mall projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for

retail outlets, shopping malls, and commercial spaces

-- from design to handover. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, vendors, mall management, and government authorities. Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources. Oversee

fit-out works, renovations, refurbishments, and new store openings

within malls and high-traffic retail areas. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design, safety standards, and project specifications. Manage procurement schedules and vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and risk assessments to senior management. Ensure all permits, approvals, and compliance requirements are met before and during construction. Troubleshoot issues, mitigate risks, and resolve conflicts to avoid delays or budget overruns. Liaise with leasing teams and mall operations to align project timelines with lease agreements and mall guidelines.
