Masdar is the UAE\xe2\x80\x99s clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. To manage the execution of the assigned projects, ensuring that all activities from design, permitting, procurement, construction, to commissioning, energization, testing and handover of the project achieving world class levels of QHSE, business and manpower performance during all phases within budget, meeting stringent schedule, demonstrating innovation in technology definition, and coordinating complex interfaces.

Key Accountabilities
Project/Site Management
Manage sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers
Monitor the project budget and finances
Project reporting
Team management and supervision
Management of project governance, resourcing and quality assurance
Management of risk and change control for projects
Manage consultant / stakeholder relations relevant to project delivery
Support QHSE activities, policies and objectives of Masdar and compliance with the UAE laws and regulations
Manage project handover
Build a professional project\xe2\x80\x99s construction site team and contribute to their growth and development
Comply with information security policies, procedures, requirements at all times
Preferred Experience:
At least 5 years of senior project management experience with an EPC contractor with exposure to global scale and complex energy, technology and utility projects including significant Solar-specific experience with electrical and HV works background
Similar and related experience in international projects, preferably in the region is required.
Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Science or any other related field
Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field is an asset
