Protection & Control Panel

and

Medium/Low Voltage Switchgear projects

from design to delivery. Demonstrated expertise in

project planning, execution, customer coordination, and cross-functional management

, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client expectations, and achieve

revenue and invoicing targets

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of projects involving protection and control systems, substation automation, and switchgear assemblies. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Interface with customers, consultants, and utilities for technical clarifications, progress reviews, and project approvals. Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns. Prepare and track project budgets, invoices, and payment milestones, ensuring alignment with financial targets. Manage FAT activities, site coordination, and post-delivery support. Drive continuous improvement in project execution practices and team performance.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (or equivalent). PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).
