1. Organize the project team, coordinate resources from all parties, carry out construction, installation, commissioning and other work according to the project plan, archive project documents, quality and cost for effective control.
2. Responsible for formulating project plans, clarifying project goals, scope, time, cost, quality and resources, and organizing project kick-off meetings to ensure that the project team has a clear understanding of project goals.
3. Responsible for formulating project safety plans, supervising project safety construction, and ensuring project safety production.
4. Responsible for forming a project team, carrying out personnel training, incentives, assessments and other work to ensure efficient operation of the team.
5. Responsible for identifying, evaluating and responding to project risks, formulating risk response measures, and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the oil and gas industry. PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of oil and gas industry regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
