We are looking for an experienced and well- organized Project Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
B- Tech in CIVIL ENGINEERING( Required)
Age: Below 45 years
Minimum Overall 12+ years of experience in oil and Gas industry.
Having minimum 5+ years as Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager in ADNOC projects ,Preferably ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Gas and ADNOC Offshore in Oil Terminals/ Plants/ Pipelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Integration Management: Able to proactively manage the scope of the Project entire life cycle.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential risk and challenges.
Prepare project proposals, reports and presentations for clients and management.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to plans and ensure successful completion.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Must have experience of managing Subcontractors/Clients effectively.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage team
Develop and maintain project documentation, progress reports and change orders etc.

Salary range: As per industry standards.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED21,000.00 per month
