POSITION OVERVIEW**

**Parsons is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage a complex CCTV system design, installation, and integration in Bahrain. This is a large complex project with a compressed timeline. Lodging and availability to a vehicle is provided within the contract.**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)**

**A Project Manager must demonstrate the following:**

**Communicate effectively with all project stake holders and discern critical aspects of their mission in order to provide best in class customer service**

**Effectively manage project scope, schedules, and budget and communicate status to customer as well as corporate management**

**Subcontractor management to ensure an integrated team approach that will provide the same level of quality installation demanded by Parsons**

**Document, plan, and manage projects in order to allocate sufficient resources to accomplish tasking and exceed customer expectations**

**Ability to work independently as well as engage team members to take ownership of assigned duties and tasking**

**Anticipate, identify and manage project risks**

**People Management Skills:** **Ability to work in diverse, multi-functional teams responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions on time and within budget. Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensures appropriate management and customer involvement.**

**Customer Interface Skills:** **Must be able to listen to and understand customer requirements and concerns, and balance diverse stakeholder and contract requirements effectively and efficiently. Ability to handle stressful situations and demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Technology Management, Project Management (or)**

**Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Engineering or related field of study preferably with three progressive years of experience (** **experience can be substituted for education** **)**

**Candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years' experience managing integrated electronic security systems (ESS) projects with one or more of the following:**

**Experience working on US military installations**

**Training and experience installing intrusion detection systems, CCTV, access control systems and physical security barriers**

**Knowledge and experience interpreting and applying US Air Force and other US military policy and requirements documents**

**Construction management (electrical/power, cabling, telecommunications) experience**

**Training Requirements**

**Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus**

**OSHA30**

**Quality Assurance training a plus**

**Specialized Knowledge/Skills Requirements**

**Position requires US Citizenship, US Passport and a DoD SECRET Clearance**

**Must be willing to relocate to Bahrain**

**Ability to obtain and maintain a resident visa**

**Minimum Clearance Required to Start:**

Secret
