Project Manager - MEP
to manage
residential projects
, including villas and compounds. The role involves end-to-end management of MEP works, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely delivery in line with UAE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee
MEP works
for residential and villa projects.
Plan and monitor
project schedules, budgets, and resources
.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure MEP installations comply with
approved drawings, specifications, and UAE codes
.
Supervise site engineers, foremen, and technicians.
Manage procurement of MEP materials and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with
safety and quality standards
.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
Track progress, manage variations, resolve site issues, and prepare reports and handover documents.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
.
7-10 years
of UAE experience in
MEP project management
.
Strong experience in
residential MEP projects
(villas/compounds).
Good knowledge of
HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems
.
Familiarity with
UAE authority approvals and regulations
.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage
multiple residential projects
simultaneously.
Valid UAE driving license preferred
.
Preferred Background
Experience with
MEP contracting companies
handling residential developments.
Exposure to
villa landscaping
