Project Manager - MEP

to manage

residential projects

. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE experience in handling end-to-end MEP works for villas and residential developments, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee

MEP works for residential projects

(Landscape initiatives of villas, residential buildings, compounds) Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE standards Supervise site engineers, foremen, and technicians Manage procurement of MEP materials and subcontractors Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals Track project progress, handle variations, and resolve site issues Prepare progress reports and handover documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum

7-10 years of UAE experience

in MEP project management Strong experience in

residential MEP projects

Sound knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems Familiar with UAE authorities' requirements and approvals Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple residential projects simultaneously Valid UAE driving license preferred

Preferred Background:

MEP contracting companies handling residential developments Experience with landscaping of villas and high-end residential projects
