Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Experience- atleast 8yrs

Real Estate experience mandatory

Location- Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all MEP activities for residential/commercial real estate projects. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Monitor installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design standards and local regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site engineers and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Manage procurement, vendor selection, and contracts for MEP works. Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. 8+ years of experience in MEP management for real estate or large construction projects. Proven experience managing residential and/or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of local codes, standards, and regulations for MEP systems. Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD MEP, Revit). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
