Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and coordinate several construction projects (MEP) simultaneously from inception to completion. Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress, quality, and cost; resolve any issues or delays that arise. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, local regulations, and HSE standards. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Lead project meetings, including kick-off, progress, and handover. Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum

8-10 years

of experience in project management within the

construction/general contracting sector

, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region. Proven experience in managing

multiple projects simultaneously

, including residential, commercial, or industrial types. Strong knowledge of project management tools, construction methods, and contract administration (FIDIC preferred). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera P6. Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred). MMUP/UPDA certification (advantageous).
