We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Project Manager - MEP

to oversee and manage

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

projects from initiation through successful completion. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with UAE standards, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and deliver MEP projects from project initiation to final handover

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and internal teams

Prepare, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and resources

Supervise site execution to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and UAE regulations

Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, conduct safety inspections, and participate in toolbox talks

Review and approve design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements

Liaise with UAE authorities for approvals, inspections, and compliance

Ensure timely procurement, delivery, and availability of materials and subcontractor resources

Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives

Conduct client, consultant, and coordination meetings; prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports

Manage project variations, claims, BOQs, cost control, and payment certifications in coordination with the commercial team

Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions

Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, de-snagging, and final project handover

Ensure submission and approval of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and handover documentation

Maintain accurate project documentation, correspondence, and records

Requirements:-

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as an MEP Project Manager

Strong knowledge of UAE MEP codes, standards, and authority approval processes

Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD / MS Excel (ERP knowledge is an advantage)

Languages:

English, Hindi, Malayalam (Arabic is an added advantage)

Valid UAE Driving License - Mandatory

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-track project timelines
