: Project Manager (Mechanical Preferred)
Position: Project Manager
Preferred Background: Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 10+ years
Location: UAE (or specify if needed)
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience, preferably managing mechanical or MEP-focused projects.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related engineering field.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, MEP services, installation processes, and industry standards.
Proven experience in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, codes, and standards (if role is UAE-based).
Additional Preferences:
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or MEP projects.
