Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and oversee marble projects from initiation to completion. Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure accurate execution on site. Coordinate with design, procurement, factory, and site teams for timely material supply and installation. Prepare project schedules, work programs, and monitor progress against targets. Ensure quality control, compliance with approved shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups. Manage subcontractors, site engineers, foremen, and workforce effectively. Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors for approvals and inspections. Control project costs, variations, claims, and prepare progress reports. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies on site. Handle snagging, testing, commissioning (if applicable), and final handover.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum

8-12 years

of experience in marble/stone works within construction or interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of marble types, fixing systems, finishing standards, and installation methods. Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Strong understanding of UAE construction practices and regulations.

Preferred Skills

Experience in UAE/GCC marble projects. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
