cladding and flooring? With over10 years of proven experience in the UAE
, you will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Fluent in Arabic,
you will serve as the key link between clients, site teams, and stakeholders while upholding quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and manage marble and granite cladding and flooring projects across the UAE. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality controls to ensure successful delivery. Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, health and safety regulations, and quality standards. Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project teams. Resolve project issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years' experience
in marble and granite cladding and flooring projects in the UAE.Fluent in Arabic
(spoken and written). Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent client management and communication abilities.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
