Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and deliver strategic projects within thebanking and financial services sector
. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in banking operations, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation, with a strong grasp of project management methodologies.Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure across retail, corporate, or digital banking domains. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, manage risks/issues, and ensure alignment with business goals. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
Required Skills:
5+ years of project management experience in the
banking/financial services domain
. Strong knowledge ofbanking processes, products
, andregulatory requirements
. Proficient inproject management tools
(JIRA, MS Project, etc.) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. * PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
