Job Title: Project Manager - IT Projects

Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing IT-related projects to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of technology and digital initiatives.
This role is not an IT Manager position - it focuses on project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and process execution, rather than direct infrastructure or systems administration.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT project lifecycles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive collaboration between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and progress reports. Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business users to ensure project milestones are achieved. Track project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans proactively. Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and relevant UAE regulations. Support post-project evaluations, including lessons learned and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2 - 3 years of proven experience managing IT projects or digital initiatives. Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models. Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills. Experience working with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
