We are currently recruiting for a IT Project Manager for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

:

• Following IT project management standard and best practice in order to deliver IT projects meeting Business requirements.
• Manage, control, promote and monitor a comprehensive, consistent and coherent set of unified main IT processes and procedures with coordination with IT process owners to have effective IT quality.
• Manage and oversee change requests processes and ensure all necessary liaising and risks management are done with all necessary stakeholders via coordinating change building, testing, implementing, documenting in accordance with schedules in order to manage the fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Oversee and sustain relations with different IT departments, IT vendors and IT customers.
• Oversee and manage suppliers and customer relationship process including development, overall coordination and managing IT customers SLAs and IT suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 contracts to align IT suppliers contracts with Internal IT SLAs to gain better IT services.
• Develop, manage, empower and motivate the project staff to act in a proactive, high quality, and efficient manner to meet objectives set out in IT strategy with customer orientation.
• Manage & maintain the financials of the assigned projects, to deliver the requirement within the allotted budget of the project.
• Gather, analyze and develop a clear understanding of business requirements. Translate the requirements into software specifications. Guide the development team in optimizing their work.
• Execution of the project based on agile / waterfall methodologies based on case to case.
• Communicate complex analytical insights and business implications effectively to all stakeholders. Suggest development ideas which can lead to operational efficiency, keeping up the controls.
• Document business requirements, prepare functional specification documents and user interface guides for the reference of end users. Document test cases and test scenarios. Maintain the traceability between requirements, specification and test cases.
• Identify Risks and provide Mitigation steps
• Should act as Subject Matter Expert in Exchange/Banking domain.
• Assist with writing Acceptance Criteria and will be a liaison between project stakeholders and Quality Assurance personnel
• Maintain a working knowledge of different applications and system integration and is able to understand changes in order to anticipate cross-system or cross-process impacts
• Will own requirements and system (product) documentation and keep it up-to date in collaboration with Technical writers.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as IT Project Manager in implementing applications such as ERPs for automotive sectors and so on
• M365 migration including the implementation of all its components (email, SharePoint, Document Management System, Integrations, Power-BI etc.
