We are looking for a certified project manager (PMP) to be responsible for handling our ongoing projects. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must. Responsibilities: Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, create project timelines, and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery. Project Execution: Manage project timelines, schedule and lead meetings, track and manage project risks, and monitor project progress to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with established timelines. Team Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, communicate project status to all team members, facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, and ensure that project tasks are completed on time. Run daily scrums and sprint meetings. Maintain backlog and make sure all tickets are updated. Ensure all the required features are produced and reviewed, including requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution. Resolve & communicate conflicts to leadership while demonstrating appropriate decision-making competencies. Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet quality standards, conduct quality control checks, and review and approve deliverables before final submission. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, identify cost overruns and work with team members to identify and implement cost-cutting measures. Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. Requirements: A bachelor?s degree or master's degree in IT. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must. 7-10 years of proven experience in project management. Experience with OOP, SDLC, pattern and practices in multi-tenant system Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
