\xc2\xb7 Bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior design, or any similar field; PMP certification is a plus.
\xc2\xb7 3+ years of professional experience including proven track record of contributing to the design of commercial, retail, or hospitality interior projects.
\xc2\xb7 Expertise in layout, color, lighting,. materials selection, finishes, custom furniture, and all installations
\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and other 3D computer design programs. Understanding of REVIT is a plus.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Creative Adobe Suite applications.
\xc2\xb7 Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.

Duties and responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Manage Project fit out and construction
\xc2\xb7 Manage and coordinate communication and tasks with developers and contractors
\xc2\xb7 Prepare design analysis and research as per project brief when required
\xc2\xb7 Define and manage project requirements and schedule.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in the selection of appropriate location to execute projects.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for developing interior design concepts in coordination with the management vision.
\xc2\xb7 Create and present detailed mood boards for projects.
\xc2\xb7 Provide conceptual design, design development, and production drawings for interior projects.
\xc2\xb7 Produce space plans, furniture plans, execution plans (electrical, sanitary etc.), sections and elevations, and detailed drawings.
\xc2\xb7 Provide 3D Drawings.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for generating interior design drawings utilizing AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit or any other suitable software.
\xc2\xb7 Review drawings, mock-ups, materials, and design drawings.
\xc2\xb7 Research and recommend appropriate systems, materials, and finishes.
\xc2\xb7 Source and select appropriate material and suitable suppliers/vendors and provide samples accordingly.
\xc2\xb7 Continuously conduct suppliers research to stay up to date with the newest trends, shops, and materials.
\xc2\xb7 Visit supplier shops to select and purchase all needed materials, furniture, and accessory items for projects.
\xc2\xb7 Perform regular follow-up with suppliers and vendors.
\xc2\xb7 Act as the main point of contact with all interior design vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the project management and execution
\xc2\xb7 Oversee and follow-up on contracting activities.
\xc2\xb7 Perform daily site visits to supervise the execution of the design as per the set plans.
