We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with an architectural background to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of design sensibility and technical know-how, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of fit-out projects: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Interpret architectural and interior design drawings, ensuring alignment with project goals and construction feasibility.
Review and evaluate architectural and interior design plans for constructability.
Offer technical input on design optimization, space planning, and materials selection.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications.
Scheduling & Budget Management
Develop project schedules and manage resources effectively.
Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget estimates.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure quality control across all stages of the project.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to design intent.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed on site.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Maintain strong communication with clients to manage expectations and approvals.
Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Address and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
5+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management, preferably with an architectural consultancy or fit-out contractor.
Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and construction methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3dsMax, MS Project, and other project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
