About the job Project Manager - Interior Fit out (Temporary role)
Our client is a Holding Group Company, that has a wide range of industries, including FMCG, Hospitality & Real Estate, etc, and are looking to is looking for a Project Manager to join their company on a 3-4 months contract.

The hired resource will be responsible for re-modeling the new office interiors for the client. The person should have a good understanding of fit-out services with past experience in interior manage this project.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the contractors are developing and maintaining the project schedule and distribute information promptly to ensure that full compliance to the contract is adhered to.
Provide required information to the Design Coordinator to ensure design aspects can be managed.
Manage and monitor all contractor\'s work for compliance to their contracts.
Liaise with the planning department in regard to design, engineering, production, logistic and installation scheduling.
Liaise with the commercial department and the Project Quantity Surveyor on all variations and cost implications.
Have weekly and monthly progress reports for submittal to Senior Management.
Attend all designated meetings in house, with the contractors and designers and on site.
Implement and maintain Occupational Health and Safety plan on site.
Ensure a well-structured site office and manage onsite Fit out Supervisors.
Coordinate the flow of information between contractors.
Construction-related degree qualification with minimum of 5 years of experience
Previous project management experience in Interior fit-out of commercial office and hotel space preferred.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Successful candidates should be highly flexible and adaptable and be experienced in managing a multicultural workforce.
