Our client is a Holding Group Company, that has a wide range of industries, including FMCG, Hospitality & Real Estate, etc, and are looking to is looking for a Project Manager to join their company on a 3-4 months contract.

The hired resource will be responsible for re-modeling the new office interiors for the client. The person should have a good understanding of fit-out services with past experience in interior manage this project.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the contractors are developing and maintaining the project schedule and distribute information promptly to ensure that full compliance to the contract is adhered to.
- Provide required information to the Design Coordinator to ensure design aspects can be managed.
- Manage and monitor all contractor\'s work for compliance to their contracts.
- Liaise with the planning department in regard to design, engineering, production, logistic and installation scheduling.
- Liaise with the commercial department and the Project Quantity Surveyor on all variations and cost implications.
- Have weekly and monthly progress reports for submittal to Senior Management.
- Attend all designated meetings in house, with the contractors and designers and on site.
- Implement and maintain Occupational Health and Safety plan on site.
- Ensure a well-structured site office and manage onsite Fit out Supervisors.
- Coordinate the flow of information between contractors.
- Construction-related degree qualification with minimum of 5 years of experience
- Previous project management experience in Interior fit-out of commercial office and hotel space preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Successful candidates should be highly flexible and adaptable and be experienced in managing a multicultural workforce.
- UAE Drivers License & Own car mandatory.
