Job Summary: Looking for experienced and talented Project Manager (Interior Fit out) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Job Key Details:
- Manage projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
- Handle the entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.
- Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site.
- Represent company in all project meetings.
- Verify the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors.
- Act as a go between clients, site, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices with subcontractors, suppliers and various project stakeholders.
- Check of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.
- Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule
- Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable
- The ideal candidate for Project Manager must have B-Arch or relevant degree
- The jobholder must have eight to ten years of practical experience in the interior fit out turnkey execution
- The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license
- Expertise in Ms Project or Primavera, Working knowledge of Autocad is required for the right candidate
- Suitable candidates should have knowledge in procurement planning, resource planning, payment scheduling and technical skill
- Should be able to work well within a team based environment
