We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue to exceed our clients' expectations.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of interior design and fit-out projects, from initial concept to final handover. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field, a deep understanding of the UAE market, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, an excellent communicator, and possess the technical knowledge required to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury villa segment and commercial projects

- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share

- Collaborate with the design team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions

- Negotiate and close deals with clients

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends

Requirements:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation. Oversee all stages of the project, including design, procurement, construction, and close-out. Ensure all project activities are in compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead and motivate a team of engineers and site supervisors. Effectively coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Act as the secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are managed effectively. Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a professional and timely manner.

Financial Management:

Monitor project budgets and track all expenses to ensure profitability. Prepare and manage project invoices, variations, and final accounts. Identify and mitigate potential financial risks.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and reports. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in the interior design and fit-out industry in the with minimum 2 year in UAE. Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, including commercial, residential, and/or hospitality sectors.

Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, construction methods, and local authority regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
