Project Manager - Fit-Out & Decor Company Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven

Project Manager

to oversee interior fit-out and decor projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-end commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources. Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to company standards.

Budget & Cost Control:

Monitor project costs and expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

Ensure that all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks at various project stages.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on progress. Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and government authorities to obtain necessary approvals.

Risk Management & Problem Solving:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to keep projects on track.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and submit progress reports, project schedules, and completion reports. Maintain thorough documentation for all project-related activities.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

5+ years

of experience in project management within the

fit-out & decor industry

.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.). Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
