Job Title: Project Manager - Fit Out Interior Design

Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking an experienced and detail-oriented

Project Manager (Fit Out - Interior Design)

to lead and deliver high-end residential and commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Lead site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare project schedules and resource allocation plans. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications. Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise to avoid delays or cost overruns. Prepare and submit progress reports, method statements, RFIs, and variation orders when required. Liaise with clients, designers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving site issues and delays. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all project stages. Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and handover files for management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum 6-10 years of proven experience as a

Project Manager in fit-out/interior design projects

in UAE/GCC Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, fit-out construction processes, and design coordination. A proven track record in fit out project management. Strong technical knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, and authority approvals. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities to liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors. Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and regulations in the UAE (preferred).
