Who you are
You\'re an experienced Project Manager with an outgoing personality that matches the responsibility of staying in touch with all stakeholders. You handle deadlines and difficult situations with ease and have a natural talent for being in control. Your expertise in project management allows you to efficiently manage all aspects of a project.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills;
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools;
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Strong personality combined with excellent technical knowledge within the industry.
Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or related technical subject required;
  • PMP - Project Manager Professional certificate is a plus;
  • Extensive Interior fit-out exposure;
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience inside UAE in design, architecture, fit-out, and renovation of villas and luxury apartments;
  • Proven record of accomplishment within the interior industry and experience in dealing with clients;
  • UAE driving license is a plus, but not mandatory.
Description
In the role of Project Manager for Interior Design, your primary responsibilities encompass a holistic approach to project management. Your tasks include defining and understanding client design objectives, conceptualizing designs, and guiding the technical team through implementation. You are responsible for sourcing materials and products, ensuring that projects align with expectations in terms of cost, timeline, and quality.

Throughout the project lifecycle, you proactively manage client expectations, providing support during the handover phase to assess if client goals have been met. Effective supplier management is crucial, involving tasks such as obtaining quotations, overseeing supply, and ensuring timely delivery. You play a key role in documentation preparation, creating Bills of Quantity (BOQ), priced BOQ, mood boards, and quotations using reusable templates.

Site supervision is part of your duties, where you oversee sites and monitor project progress. Client interaction is vital, requiring engagement with clients to address concerns and provide updates. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients is a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you contribute to lead generation efforts by collaborating with management to create new partnerships and establish PR agreements. Your interpersonal skills are crucial in engaging effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
