We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a passion for interior design and a strong background in engineering or architecture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple projects simultaneously and is committed to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion for interior design projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress, budget, timelines and resource allocation.
Prepare and present project reports, schedules and documentation.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations and safety protocols.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress and resolve on-site challenges.
Track and report daily progress and resources deployed at each project site.
Use
MS Project
to manage tasks, assign resources and adjust timelines based on real-time site updates.
Maintain an updated dashboard or reporting system to inform management of milestones, delays and resource efficiency.
Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or both.
A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in interior design, renovation or construction, preferably with a reputed firm.
Strong knowledge of project planning, design development and execution phases.
Proficient in project management tools including
MS Project
and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience working in the GCC region.
Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and building codes.
Experience managing luxury, commercial or residential interior design projects.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (written and verbal) essential
Arabic or any additional language proficiency will be considered an advantage
Additional Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License -

Willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE
Strong documentation and daily reporting skills
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines efficiently
