If this sounds like you, lets chat Role Description \xe2\x80\x93 Project Manager The Callsign Project Manager will support delivery of Callsign solutions for both internal and external clients. The role holder will need to demonstrate IT/software delivery capabilities and bring experience of managing client stakeholders at different levels. The role holder will also need to be experienced with all aspects of project delivery (e.g. RAID management, delivery planning, action tracking, change management, testing, meeting governance/minuting, reporting etc.) as well as regular engagement with stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are well understood and kept on track. Additionally, relationships will need to be built within Callsign (e.g., with Delivery and Product teams) to understand the current product suite, challenges to delivery, service offerings and the future product/service roadmap. The role holder will have experience managing typical challenges that arise during IT delivery projects in order to hold meaningful conversations with external and internal clients. They must also be familiar with the IT delivery lifecycle (e.g., route to live, environments usage, release management etc.). A recognition of the correct point at which to obtain further support and/or introduce technical colleagues into conversations will be vital to the success of the role. The role holder will be expected to work well as part of a team, but also be comfortable with engaging clients on an individual basis. The role holder must be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and be always willing to take responsibility for seeing items through to conclusion (even if they may be unfamiliar, or new). They will need to be a self-starter, eager to learn and comfortable working within unstructured environments (in order to introduce structure as required). The role holder will report to the VP of Integration Strategy. Responsibilities could include: Standing up and running of the UAT testing team within the Callsign IDA product release cycle Organization and prioritisation of Model Office improvements and maintenance for demos/Proof of Concepts and replicating customer integrations for use in the UAT testing cycle Requirements
  • Strong project management skills (e.g., project planning/tracking, RAID management etc.).
  • Excellent time management and personal organisation skills.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, with a focus on detail.
  • 5+ years of project management and IT project delivery experience.
  • Financial Services experience, in particular Retail or Commercial banking.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management (especially working across multiple and varied teams / departments).
  • Team player, able to work with and adapt to different personality types.
  • Experience working on projects adopting both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Additional Skills for the Role (not mandatory, but nice to have)
  • Recognised project management accreditation (e.g., APMP or PRINCE2)
  • General understanding of how IT security products are applied in the market to address needs such as identity management, identification, authentication, digital signing of transactions, single sign-on, access control, non-repudiation, privacy and confidentiality.
  • Experience within Digital Transformation, Fraud or Cyber Security.
  • Experience of identification and verification technology.
  • General understanding of industry standards such as: REST API, OpenID Connect, OAuth, SAML, OATH, RADIUS.
  • General understanding of industry regulations such as: PSD2 SCA, Open-Banking, GDPR
  • Experience of budget management activities
