Company Our client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. The organization generates over $24 million in sales and has over 850 companies and 700 employees. They are currently looking for a Project Manager - Infrastructure to be based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to obtain a clear handover of functional requirements to move forward confidently with project implementation Engage and manage the PMC to clearly identify and document risk management, interface management and package management plans. Participate in constructability analysis, project design reviews, appraisal and risk & value identification. Participate in the development of Project Execution Plans, which should be leveraged to draw up effective contracts to communicate project requirements to the implementation teams. Oversee the assembly of project teams and professional consultants and manage their input through the construction process. Report construction status (schedule, cost, and quality) to project delivery, and ensure the continuing development of schedule master plans through the detailing of periodic work-plans and progress trackers. Drive best value decision-making to ensure construction moves forward, minimising delays and setbacks in the drive to attain Project KPI's. Post Completion, effective handover to asset owner/manager. Participate in team retrospective programme to ensure "lessons learned" are leveraged from project insights, to facilitate rapid improvement in the on-going construction programme and ensure that structured feedback is provided on delivery team performance.

Qualification & Requirements: Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification. Demonstrable track record in the management of complex and high-value infrastructure projects involving dredging, earthworks, reclamation works, quay wall construction, cargo handling equipment and associated terminal buildings and facilities Over 10 years of construction experience. Over 10 years of construction experience gained in the Gulf Region. Extensive knowledge of all facets of design and construction procurement and implementation. Proven construction feasibility and project planning experience. Demonstrable commercial acumen through business experience (either through ownership, major P&L ownership or major project/programme commercial experience). Financial management experience. General knowledge of business processes. Ability and willingness to travel when necessary. Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal Ability to negotiate and defuse conflict. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven innovator. Experience leading and managing high performing individuals and teams. Ability to be a team player that motivates and educates other team members and comprehends complex, technical subjects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of individuals.
