Due to our continued growth in the region Jacobs are hiring a Project Manager for the Highways and Bridges team. You will be leading and delivering projects including planning, design, and delivery phases through to tender and construction contract award for various work packages from key clients in the region including NEOM, Red Sea, MODON etc. You will be working in an integrated team with the client, the Project manager will support and drive the design and delivery of the projects including meeting the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and brief, coordinating and managing design and design disciplines, management of interfaces, delivery to schedule and budget targets, establishing a strong safety culture, leading risk mitigation and capturing opportunities, managing procurement and contract management activities, overseeing change control, assuring timely and accurate project reporting, managing key stakeholders, driving quality assurance, coordinating tendering and contract award. We need our engineers to be versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team-oriented environments and who have exceptional communication, analytical and leadership skills. Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for managing the design, technical, procurement, commercial, risk and opportunities management, safety and quality aspects across all disciplines and interfaces. These include but are not limited to, Transport Planning, Site surveys and investigations, Stakeholder and Utility Authority liaison for NOCs, Highways, Structural, tunnels, Fire Life Safety, Tunnel ventilation, Wet and Dry Utilities, drainage, lighting, landscaping, signage, specifications, Bill of Quantities and Cost estimates.
• Responsible for technical and commercial delivery of work packages instructed by the Client.
• Report to the Project Director, the role may also entail being part of a team that augments the client\xe2\x80\x99s personnel.
• Knowledge of, and experience with, typical procurement methods used in international markets to secure large-scale highway schemes involving tunnels and road structures.
• Demonstrable and effective project and programme management skills are essential.
• Experience of the design and delivery teams of complex highway programmes and projects is essential.

Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:
As a successful candidate you will be degree qualified from a recognized university in Engineering, as well as having 12 years in Transportation Infrastructure Delivery. You will have experience in the planning, design, and construction of large multi-discipline highway/infrastructure projects involving tunnels and road structures, with high degrees of technical complexity, and involving many programme/project staff. You will have Project management professional (PMI) and Chartered/Professional Engineer with widely recognized international professional bodies is preferred.
