Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a project manager for high-rise buildings in the UAE is required.
• Candidates with experience in a real estate developer company or contracting company are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent team management skills are essential.

• Project Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive project work plans, adapting them as necessary to accommodate changing project needs and requirements.

Lead projects from their initial stages to successful completion, including tasks such as project validation upon award, project management plan development, scope definition, and deliverable establishment.

• Schedule and Resource Management:

Create project baselines, and monitor and control project schedules and communication efforts.

Prepare budgets for time, cost, and resource allocation for multidisciplinary and multi-location project teams.

Schedule tasks, allocate resources, and ensure efficient sourcing and planning.

• Change Control and Quality Assurance:

Oversee change control processes, purchase orders, contract variations, and additional services to maintain project integrity.

Administer quality assurance and control functions, providing technical input on concrete mix and testing methodologies, conducting site inspections, and managing material submittals.

• Construction and Site Management:

Verify construction method statements and inspection test plans, and monitor the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2008.

Supervise all on-site construction activities, offering technical guidance on construction methodologies and coordinating site management efforts.

• Quality Standards and Compliance:

Inspect sites to assess site conditions and resource availability, ensuring adherence to stringent quality norms.

Maintain quality standards for incoming materials according to project specifications, guaranteeing strict compliance with quality norms and practices.

Contract Negotiation and Progress Management:

Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and services, ensuring project stages progress on schedule and within budget.

Implement rigorous testing and inspections in alignment with quality norms, review engineering drawings, layouts, and cost estimates for commissioning and pre-commissioning.

• Team Development and Leadership:

Contribute to the effective hiring, orientation, training, development, and retention of employees, motivating staff members with dynamic leadership to achieve organizational goals.
