. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and handover. This includes overseeing site operations, managing subcontractors and suppliers, liaising with clients, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
Ensure adherence to contract specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Site Supervision & Team Management:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure effective utilization of manpower and materials.
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and site engineers.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Attend client meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and procurement teams for timely delivery of materials.
Quality & Safety Compliance:
Implement and monitor quality control procedures on site.
Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and internal safety protocols.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, site diaries, and material tracking.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
5-7 years of proven experience
in managing
glass and aluminium
projects in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of fabrication and installation techniques related to glass and aluminium systems (curtain walls, cladding, partitions, doors, etc.).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and industry standards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid UAE Driving License
