We're looking for a

Project Manager

to join our growing team in the

events and exhibitions industry

, focusing on

booth setup and on-site execution

for local and international trade shows.

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate the planning, setup, and breakdown of exhibition booths Work closely with design and production teams to turn technical plans into successful builds Read and interpret floor plans and venue layouts accurately Supervise on-site teams, vendors, and contractors during installation Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure timely project delivery while keeping quality, safety, and budget in mind

Qualification:

Age is around 30-year-old. 3- 5 years' experience in Exhibitions, events, trade show or construction related project coordination. Able to read and understand floor plans, elevations, and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of exhibition build-up processes, booth fabrication, installation, dismantling, logistics and venue regulations. Understanding of materials and production methods (wood, metal, printing, AV, Rigging, electrical, lighting) Familiarity with HSE(health & Safety) guidelines for events and exhibition halls. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); preference will be given to candidates who can also speak Arabic or Hindi With UAE Driver's license Reliable, organized, and proactive on-site and off-site

A plus but not mandatory:

Experience working on international trade shows or exhibitions in the Middle East Knowledge of sustainable or modular booth designs Basic budgeting and reporting skills
